ReceiptMind service
ReceiptMind provides software for receipt capture, AI-assisted receipt extraction, expense review, categorization, storage, search, reporting, and export.
Your responsibility for expense data
AI-generated values are suggestions and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting expense information before relying on it for business, accounting, reimbursement, or tax purposes.
Not accounting or tax advice
ReceiptMind is an expense-management tool and does not provide accounting, legal, or tax advice. ReceiptMind is not currently a full double-entry bookkeeping, payroll, tax-filing, or bank reconciliation system.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account or organization workspace.
Plans and usage limits
ReceiptMind plans may include monthly limits for receipt uploads and AI analyses. Features, limits, and pricing are shown on the ReceiptMind website and may change for future billing periods.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription charges recur according to the billing interval selected at checkout until cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms presented at purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use ReceiptMind to violate applicable law, interfere with service operation, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or upload malicious or unlawful material.
Service availability
ReceiptMind may change, maintain, or temporarily interrupt parts of the service as necessary to operate, secure, or improve the platform.

ReceiptMind is operated by Unix Training Academy LLC.
