About ReceiptMind
ReceiptMind is a receipt and expense management service operated by Unix Training Academy LLC. This policy describes how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected when you use ReceiptMind.
Information we process
ReceiptMind may process account information, workspace information, expense data, receipt images or documents, receipt metadata, and information required to provide subscription and billing services.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the ReceiptMind service, process receipts, create and organize expense records, provide search and reporting functionality, enforce plan limits, support billing, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability.
Service providers
ReceiptMind uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including providers for cloud storage, artificial intelligence processing, hosting, database services, and payment processing. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services.
Payment information
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. ReceiptMind does not need to store your complete payment-card number in its application database.
Security
ReceiptMind uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect account, expense, and receipt information, including private storage and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

This policy may be updated as ReceiptMind evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
